That last article on the Capitol Hill Seattle blogs makes some great points about how to make the city greener -- if we added the bag fee to the list of taxes proposed there, that would make the list complete! That last article on the Capitol Hill Seattle blogs makes some great points about how to make the city greener — if we added the bag fee to the list of taxes proposed there, that would make the list complete!
